Our Heads and Deputies
Please meet this year’s Head Boy and Head Girl, Deputy Team and House Captains for Bishop Chavasse Church of England Primary School.

Our Heads and Deputies will help represent Bishop Chavasse at public events, meet prospective parents and children to show them around the school, and lead in other areas of responsibility throughout the school year. They will all be supported in their roles by worship leaders, eco leaders, School Council reps and the House Captains.
House Captains
St Andrew House - Adam and Jack

Our house captains have many responsibilities throughout each term. Some of their roles are listed below:
- Count the house points each week and announce the scores in our celebration worship on a Friday.
- Lead on house charity days and cake sales
-Support the leadership on house days
- Lead the encouragement and chants with their team on sports day.
Sports Captains
Sports captains will be working alongside the PE coordinator. They will have many responsibilities throughout the academic year.
- Lead on intra-house competition days which will be delivered to the whole school.
- Sports Day delivery
- Support with tidying the sports equipment sheds
-Promoting healthy lifestyles
Library Captains
The library captains will be working alongside our librarians as well as our library lead. The library captains have many responsibilities:
- Support KS1 on their library days by scanning their books in and out.
- Tidying the library and keeping it a place for all to enjoy.
-Create reviews of books for others to enjoy.
- Promote reading across the school.
